Juan Cisneros Neumann: Book launch for Something Else

Join us at 7pm on Friday, March 3 for the launch of Something Else, an artist’s book by Juan Cisneros Neumann. Drawing on the themes in his exhibition It Was Something and Then It Became Something Else, on view at UNIT/PITT until March 11th, the book combines found materials with original drawings to skewer the North’s received ideas about Mexican culture, and combines this with observations of globalism, and notes for the creation of the current installation.

The publication, which is a limited edition, will be available for sale online after the launch, at www.unitpitt.ca.
