Join us for the second iteration of Loopy Lounge: a fibre craft gathering + fundraiser! Organized by Noor Ghazal, Héloïse Auvray, and Kira Saragih, Loopy Lounge carves out space for fibre crafters of diverse backgrounds to come together, meet other crafters and craft together while raising mutual aid funds.
Bring your current projects, or start something new with materials from our community stash. We’ll be crafting under the sunshine in UNIT/PITT’s beautiful garden—abundant with blooming flowers and blossoming veggies—serenaded by the magical tunes of Jefferson Alade.
Entry is by donation, NOTAFLOF but we suggest a $15 minimum donation. All proceeds from entry fees and drink sales will go towards a local community member who is urgently raising funds for their father in Gaza who needs a critical surgery.
