Preview: In Search of Lost Time box set

We’ll be launching the jewel-like three volume book, In Search of Lost Time, at the Pitt this coming Friday, September 14, at 8pm. The book accompanies Shannon Oksanen and Valerie Sonnier: In Search of Lost Time, which is on view until October 6, and is a three volume set. Volume One, In Search of Lost Time, is a critical text by artist/curator Myfanwy MacLeod; Volume Two, Footsteps in the Snow, is an artist’s book by Valerie Sonnier, using ghostly images from her 8mm film of the same name; Volume Three, School’s Out by Shannon Oksanen, is a meditation on summer, among other things.
